Processing time
Orders are processed and shipped within 24 hours (business days). Orders placed on weekends or US holidays ship the next business day.

International orders: duties & taxes
International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes or customs fees charged by the destination country. These fees are not included in the item price or shipping cost and are the buyer's responsibility. Customs processing can occasionally add a few days to delivery.

You'll receive a tracking link by email when your order ships. You can also track your order here.
Holiday orders
For Halloween and Christmas gifts, we recommend ordering at least 1 week before the holiday (US) or 3 weeks (international).
Address issues
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If a package is returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address, we'll reship it once the new shipping cost is covered.
Lost or late packages
If your order hasn't arrived 10 business days (US) or 20 business days (international) after shipping, email us at support@reelycute.com. We'll investigate and send a replacement or a refund.
