Our Happiness Promise 💛

Damaged, defective, wrong or lost items: we'll make it right.
Contact us within 30 days of delivery at support@reelycute.com with:
- your order number
- a photo of the item (and the package, if it was damaged in transit)

We'll send you a free replacement or a full refund, your choice. You don't need to return the item.

Changed your mind? Returns are welcome.
- You can return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.
- Email us first with your order number, and we'll send you the return address.
- Return shipping is paid by the customer. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
- Once we receive the item, we'll refund the item price to your original payment method.

Refund timing
Approved refunds are issued within 2 business days and usually appear on your statement within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.
